We want your painting to arrive safely and feel right in your space. If something is wrong, contact us and we will help review the best solution.

30-Day Support Window

Please contact service@realoilart.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos if there is delivery damage, a quality concern, or another order issue.

Custom Paintings

Custom paintings from your photo are made to order. If an important detail needs attention, we support reasonable refinements and will work with you on the right next step. Unusually complex requests outside the normal limits of hand-painted artwork may need to be discussed separately before extra work continues.

Ready-to-Ship Art

Eligible ready-to-ship artwork may be returned within 30 days of delivery if it is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging. Contact us first for return instructions.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your painting arrives damaged or incorrect, email us clear photos of the artwork and packaging. We will review the case and help with a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution.

How to Start a Return or Claim

  2. Include clear photos if the issue involves damage, quality, or packaging
  3. Wait for our team to confirm the next step before sending anything back

Refund Timing

  • PayPal / Shop Pay: up to 3 business days after processing
  • Credit cards: usually 7-15 business days, depending on your bank

Return Shipping

If the issue was caused by delivery damage or an error on our side, we will help with the appropriate shipping solution. For eligible preference-based returns, return shipping may be the customer's responsibility.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have not entered production or shipping are easier to cancel. Once a custom painting has started, we will review the status and explain the available options.
