HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PAINTING?

Every painting is made by hand, so timing can vary by artwork size, detail, current studio workload, destination, and carrier route.

Shipping is fully tracked and insured by FedEx or DHL where available. If your order is time-sensitive, please email service@realoilart.com before ordering and we will help confirm a realistic window.

DO YOU SEND PROGRESS PHOTOS OR VIDEOS?

Progress photos or short videos are available on request when studio timing allows. If you would like one, choose the request option on the custom painting page or write it in your artist notes.

WHAT IF SOMETHING IMPORTANT NEEDS TO BE ADJUSTED?

Contact us with the detail you want reviewed. We support reasonable refinements to help the artwork feel right. Unusually complex requests beyond normal hand-painted artwork will be discussed clearly before any extra work continues.

HOW ARE THE PAINTINGS PACKAGED?

Rolled canvases are packed carefully in a strong paper tube. Framed paintings are packed in protective packaging designed to keep them safe in transit.

CAN I UPDATE MY ORDER AFTER PLACING IT?

If you need to change a photo, address, frame option, or artist note, contact service@realoilart.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to help before the order is packed or shipped.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have not entered production or shipping are easier to cancel or adjust. Once work has started on a custom painting, we will review the order status and explain the available options.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

Yes. We offer free worldwide shipping on every order, with no minimum spend.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping is free worldwide. Local import taxes or customs duties may still apply depending on your destination.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery if there is delivery damage, a quality concern, or an order issue. We will review the situation and help with a reasonable revision, replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.

HOW LONG DOES A REFUND TAKE TO PROCESS?

Once a refund is approved and processed, PayPal or Shop Pay refunds may take up to 3 business days. Credit card refunds can take 7-15 business days depending on your bank.

WHAT IF MY PAINTING ARRIVES DAMAGED?

Contact us within 30 days of receipt at service@realoilart.com with your order number and clear photos of the artwork and packaging. We will help arrange the right next step.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES

Local import taxes and customs duties may apply after your order arrives in the destination country. These charges are set by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.
