Where Your Painting Ships From
Orders are dispatched from our fulfillment network by reliable courier service such as FedEx or DHL where available. You will receive tracking information by email as soon as your order ships.
Production Time
Each custom painting is made by hand, so production timing depends on the artwork size, level of detail, reference quality, and current studio workload. If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us before ordering and we will help confirm a realistic window.
Shipping Time
Once your painting is complete, transit time varies by destination, carrier route, customs clearance, and local delivery conditions. All shipped orders include tracking where courier service is available.

Tracking Your Order
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your painting ships. Tracking is available through the carrier's website or app.
Packaging
- Rolled canvases are shipped inside a sturdy paper tube, sealed against moisture.
- Framed paintings are shipped with protective corner padding and secure packaging.
Customs & Country of Origin
For international shipments, customs documentation is prepared according to the artwork and shipping requirements. Local customs processing times may vary.
Import Duties & Taxes
Local import taxes or customs duties may apply depending on your destination. These charges are set by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
Shipments are insured. If your package arrives damaged, contact service@realoilart.com within 30 days of receipt with clear photos of the artwork and packaging. We will review the issue and help with the right next step.
