How custom photo-to-oil paintings work

Choose a size and frame option.
Upload a clear image in the Reference photo field and add Artist notes for expression, colors, background, names, dates, or special details before adding the painting to your cart and completing checkout.
A professional artist paints the artwork by hand in oil on canvas.
Before shipment, we email photos and videos of the completed artwork for review. Reasonable adjustments may be requested before dispatch. As explained in our Shipping Policy, if no reply is received within 48 hours, the artwork is treated as approved and shipped. Additional progress updates during painting may be requested by email; availability depends on studio timing.
The finished painting is packed carefully and shipped with tracking.

What customers can order

Customers can shop ready-to-order oil paintings based on curated designs and painted by hand on canvas or request a custom painting from a photo. Popular custom requests include pet portraits, memorial portraits, wedding and anniversary gifts, family portraits, baby portraits, and paintings for new homes.

Adjustment support

Realoilart supports reasonable adjustments, so the finished painting feels right. If a special request goes beyond what can be completed by hand-painting alone, the available options and any additional cost will be confirmed before extra work continues.

Shipping and order support

Orders ship with tracking and insurance. Estimated production is 7–14 business days, followed by 5–7 business days in express transit, for a total estimated delivery time of 12–21 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Order processing follows the Eastern Time cutoff in our Shipping Policy. If an order arrives with delivery damage, a quality concern, or another issue, contact the studio within 30 days, so the team can review the right solution.
