Free worldwide shipping with all import duties and import taxes covered by Realoilart. Estimated delivery is 12–21 business days from ordering, including production and transit. Weekends and public holidays are excluded.
Returns & Customer Support
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days after delivery, subject to our Refund Policy. Contact us before sending anything back. The artwork must be in its original condition and securely packaged; once approved, send it within 14 days to the return address provided by our support team.
Realoilart covers approved return shipping for our error, damage, or defect. For a change of mind or other customer preference, the customer is responsible for the approved return shipping cost.
Please contact us as soon as possible if your painting arrives damaged. We recommend sending your order number and clear photos of the artwork and packaging within 7 days of delivery to help preserve evidence for the carrier. This recommendation does not shorten the applicable 30-day return-request period or your statutory rights.
After receiving and inspecting an approved return, we notify you of the result. If approved, we process the refund to the original payment method within 3 business days. Your bank or card provider may require an additional 7–15 business days to post the credit.

The chair is warmer in person than online, though the relaxed reading scene won me over quickly.
The seated woman and sweeping lamp look even better from across the room, especially in the evening.
You can see the painted surface when the light hits it, and that gives the piece a much nicer presence.
The mustard chair adds just the warmth my corner needed.
The package took an extra day to arrive, but the piece was protected very well and came out of the box in perfect condition. Once we hung it, the room immediately felt more finished and welcoming to us.
